In this app Charlotte Makboul, a sexologist and qualified psychotherapist, gives you some instructions and exercises to listen to and practise, using Mindfulness to help you resolve sexual problems.
If you don’t find the app gives you enough help to resolve your particular sexual difficulties, you are welcome to book an appointment for face-to-face therapy or Skype therapy in Swedish or English. Appointments can be made for couples too.
The exercises cover the following sexual symptoms:
1 Lack of sexual desire, reduced sensation and delayed orgasm/ejaculation
2 Premature ejaculation, coming too quickly
3 Erectile dysfunction, inability to get or maintain an erection
4 Anorgasmia, inability to reach orgasm
5 Sex addiction or hypersexuality
6 Vaginismus, vaginal spasms preventing penetrative sex

9 General Mindfulness exercise for all the emotions that can arise in every situation in your life and your sex life
